Freedom Farms Earth Day Interview on JPR
Freedom Farms is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the healing and integration of men and women post incarceration.
We offer a variety of programs including gardening and farming, community engagement at local farmers markets, mind/body health practices such as Tai-Chi and meditation, coaching, and trauma-informed therapeutic support.
Starting in 2023, some men who were formerly incarcerated began working on the farm and participating at the Rogue Valley Farmers & Crafters Markets in Medford and Ashland, Oregon.
Freedom Farms is closely partnered with Golden Rule ReEntry, Rogue Valley Growers & Crafters Market, and other organizations in the Rogue Valley.
