Freedom Farms’ Wrap-around Support Services

Freedom Farms offers wrap-around support services, in conjunction with our workforce development, that assists individuals on their journey toward stability and reintegration. 

Our services include housing referrals, which ensures that participants have a secure place to call home. We provide employment which helps individuals meet their basic needs, and peer support networks that foster community and connection. Additionally, we integrate wellness practices such as tai chi and emotional literacy training to promote physical and mental well-being. Our programs also include anger management and addiction recovery support, addressing critical issues that participants may face.
