Freedom Farms Wrap-around Support Services

Freedom Farms offers wrap-around support services that assist individuals on their journey toward stability and reintegration. 

Our services include housing assistance and referrals, ensuring that participants have a secure place to call home. We provide employment which helps individuals meet their basic needs, and  peer support networks that foster community and connection. Additionally, we integrate wellness practices such as tai chi and emotional literacy training to promote physical and mental well-being. Our programs also include anger management and addiction recovery support, addressing critical issues that participants may face. 

To further enhance our support, we are excited to introduce reentry classes inside OSCI, providing essential resources and education to those preparing for their transition back to the community.
