Freedom Farms’ Adult Programs

Freedom Farms’ Adult Programs provide a supportive space for men and women post-incarceration to reconnect with themselves and the earth, while gaining valuable skills and work experience. Many participants face struggles such as reconnecting with their families, navigating addiction recovery, and the difficulty of finding stable employment upon reentry. By fostering a sense of community and trust, individuals can share their experiences and challenges in a safe environment. Working together, they build strong support networks that are crucial for their recovery, empowering one another to cultivate resilience, confidence, and a deep commitment to both personal growth and the health of the environment.

We also offer a specialty Women’s Diversion Program, for women facing incarceration, in order to offer an alternative to justice system involvement. Through this program we offer paths to overcome the issues that led towards incarceration for these individuals.
